Botanic bulb Tarda

Tarda.. from 2 sources.. where layed for rooting.. but took longer time than the other tulips
But yesterday they where ready.. they made very long roots

The second Tarda where much bigger in size

Now there was space for some more bulbs - so i added :

2 bulbs of Van Eik Darwin .. on soft rose pink

The whole set was like this

Putting gravel around

More gravel and a layer of lega / soil

Watered and placed cool in the cellar

Tarda is smaller than sylvestris

So ready for 6 - 8 weeks chill

A layer of crocus will be added later.. when they are ready
